Samsung has launched the Galaxy A34 5G as its latest mid-range smartphone in India. A solid deal bringing together value and performance; the phone houses a triple rear camera set, a smooth 120Hz AMOLED display, and a premium build inspired by the Galaxy S23 flagship. On the flipside, the Galaxy A34 5G competes against Nothing Phone (1) and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5 G. Will the Galaxy A34 5G stand out for its features among the rest? Design and Display
The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G flaunts authentic aesthetics close to its flagship sibling Galaxy S23 series minimal rear with individually situated camera lenses and a matte finish that resists fingerprint marks. Despite its plastic material, the phone retains a premium semblance, worth 199g, with great balance, with corners curling in for a soft hold. The 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen does offer brilliant hues, wherein a waterdrop notch with comparatively thick bezels seems somewhat evolutionary and dated when compared to the current punch-hole designs. Considered one of the rare features on a phone of its price, the Galaxy A34 5G comes with an IP67 rating, which gives the phone complete protection from water and dust. All in all, the rear camera is impressive for a mid-range bracketed device.

Samsung A34 5G uses a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor instead of using their own. It is a good mid-range chip that is built using a recent and efficient 6nm technology. This is an octa-core processor, the 2 cores have a higher clocked version for performance, and the balance six cores are used for power efficiency.
Samsung A34 and Samsung A54 use different chips. Galaxy A34 uses MediaTek Dimensity. The Galaxy A34 and A54 are similar when it comes to graphics. They both use the same type of GPU, but the A54 has a slight edge.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is equipped with its 5,000mAh battery superb endurance. Charging the suitable way, staying two days under moderate usage would be fair, while with heavy usage-demanding gaming, or streaming videos, it still goes for a comfortable full day.
Charging is average, by the standards of 2023. It supports 25W wired charging, through which one gets to fill up in an hour and a half, maybe two. Consumers might want to know that there is no charger included in the box. One will now have to use an already existing charger that is USB-PD compatible or buy a separate charger, whichever the case may be.

The Samsung A34 specifications look promising for a good mid-range mobile, and it is very similar to the phone that was launched by Samsung. Bigger screen, smoother 120Hz, very bright display, same as the more expensive A54. Long battery life, promising triple setup rear camera, 13MP front camera, and Samsung’s long-time update support. These are all solid specs if you are looking for a mid-range mobile. It does most things as an S series phone without spending too much. Honestly, we could not find much wrong with this mobile and we think it is a great phone that deserves.
